A parent, guardian, attorney, or other authorized case participant should begin with the contact already assigned to the youth. That person can explain whether the Reporting Center, counsel, court, probation personnel, or another provider holds the needed answer. The route protects both accuracy and confidentiality.

3. Call the Youth Reporting Center for current program procedure and disclosure rules.

Do not search Northern Regional, OCCCJ, adult VINE, booking-image pages, or recent-release products to fill an information gap. Those systems serve different populations and purposes. The distinction is more than a label. It determines the right law, requester, record, and contact.
